Clause อนุประโยค
Adjective Clause หรือเรียกอีกอย่างหนึ่งว่า Relative Clause
The women is a worker who has been cleaning the street for 26 years.

ประโยคที่มี Relative คือ Adjective Clause
ถ้าเราจะเปลี่ยนให้เป็น Adjective Phrase ก็สามารถทำได้โดย ตัด Relative Pronoun คือ Who และ ตัด Tense : has been + V-ing ซึ่งถ้าประธานกระทำสิ่งนั้นเอง ให้เปลี่ยนเป็น V1 เติม –ing เช่น
The woman is a worker cleaning the street for 26 years.
ถ้าประธานทำหน้าที่กรรม ให้ละ Relative Pronoun ก็จะกลายเป็น Adjective Phrase ทันที เช่น
The boy whom you saw yesterday is my friend. เป็น The boy you saw yesterday is my friend.
ถ้าประธานถูกกระทำ Verb ต้องเติม –ed เช่น
The language center which is situated at NSTRU is very big building.
เป็น The language center situated at NSTRU is very big building.
